Eligibility & Enrollment

Age Range: Millennium Childcare serves children from 6 weeks to 5 years old.

  • Enrollment Process: Enrollment is confirmed once the registration form is completed, required documents (e.g., immunization records) are submitted, and any applicable registration fees are paid.

The information provided by Millennium Childcare on this website, in printed materials, and during verbal communications is for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, Millennium Childcare makes no guarantees or warranties — express or implied — regarding the completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information provided.

Enrollment in Millennium Childcare programs does not create or imply any contractual obligation beyond the policies outlined in our official Terms & Conditions and signed enrollment agreements.

Millennium Childcare, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:

  • Any damages, losses, or injuries arising from reliance on information provided on our website or in materials;

  • Temporary closures, schedule adjustments, or program modifications made in response to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, public health guidance, emergencies);

  • Personal items lost, damaged, or stolen while on our premises.

By enrolling your child or using our services, you acknowledge that participation in any childcare program carries inherent risks, and you agree to hold Millennium Childcare harmless for events beyond our reasonable control, except where prohibited by law.

For legal advice regarding childcare agreements, policies, or liability waivers, we recommend consulting with an attorney.

Parent & Guardian Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact information and update us if it changes.

  • Notify us in advance if someone other than the listed guardians will pick up your child. (Photo ID will be required.)

  • Follow all drop-off and pick-up procedures to ensure safety and smooth transitions for all children.

Tuition, Payments, & Fees

  • Tuition Schedule: Tuition is billed weekly and is due every Monday by close of business.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and checks. Cash payments must be made in person and will be receipted.

  • Late Pick‑Up Policy: Millennium Childcare offers a 20-minute grace period after our 6:00 PM closing time. After that, a $1.00 per minute late fee will be added to your account.

  • Refunds: Tuition and fees are non-refundable, even in cases of absences or illness, unless otherwise required by law.
